I provide personalized, 1-on-1 support that combines nutritional, herbal, and lifestyle elements for a truly holistic approach to health & wellness. As your coach, the support I provide is designed to help you develop embodied resilience in mind, body, soul. It's designed to bring greater balance and vitality into your life, in ways that best suit you.

Deep profound healing and long-term improvements in our health & wellness can emerge through foundational practices of taking care of ourselves such as how and what we eat, managing stress levels, and responding to our body’s inner-guidance system.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health & wellness. It is an experience that is unique to each individual. Daily habits that support health build resilience within our bodies so that we can adapt and respond to life’s stressors with greater energy, ease, and vitality. Coaching services can be provided both remotely and in-person.

Nutrition Support

The nourishment we receive from food is our primary source of fuel. As a Certified Nutrition Consultant and foodie at heart, nutrition is a big piece of my coaching model. Together we will explore your relationship with food and make adjustments as needed. I will support you in nourishing yourself with minimally-processed, nutrient-dense, whole foods. Holistic Health Coaching Packages include:

  • 7-day meal plan with recipes

Herbal Support

Herbs have an innate intelligence that can help restore our bodily systems and nudge them into greater balance, when matched with the right herbs. As an Herbalist, I will weave herbal recommendations into your plan based on your individual constitution and needs. This may include:

  • herbal product recommendations

  • herbal recipes

  • custom formulations from my personal apothecary (add-on)

Lifestyle Support

In our time working together, we will address your day-to-day habits in an attempt to get to the root cause of imbalance and dis-ease. Lifestyle recommendations will vary based on your individual needs and could involve:

  • implementing daily somatic practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling

  • eliminating environmental stressors (evaluating chemical and energetic hazards to health)

  • self-reflection practices that help connect you with your inner-guidance system

About your coach

Victoria is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Herbalist, 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Ceremonialist, Reiki Attuned Energy Healer, and Musician. Since 2016, she has been devoted to cultivating health and wellness through a variety of modalities such as yoga, plant medicine, energy healing, music, and community connection. Victoria is committed to viewing each client and condition through a holistic lens in order to support the whole person. Driven by scientific knowledge, spiritual wisdom, and direct experience, it is both her passion and her life’s work to serve as a teacher and guide for others.
